Dana thrives in the spaces of supporting, advising, and empowering individuals — as well as ideating, launching, and growing opportunities for organizations and teams. As the “boss-in-chief” at Boss Moves Co., Dana brings over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and nonprofit-serving business sector, and a deep commitment to helping people and organizations rise with purpose.

A Certified Business and Executive Leadership Coach, Certified Individual Directions Inventory Professional, and even a classically trained Pilates instructor, Dana embodies the multi-passionate spirit of leadership and service. She’s also a dedicated community leader and volunteer, showing up with heart and vision in everything she does.

Throughout her career, Dana has helped raise millions of dollars for good causes across the country — first as a front-line nonprofit fundraiser, and later as CEO of a fundraising consulting firm. She has always believed in making the world a better place — and she lives that mission every day through her work and coaching.
